Reportedly it involves logging into 33 with an up to date browser using Trimble id and password, and downloading the desired warehouse item then importing the item into your Sketchup 2017 model.
Downloading 3D warehouse items into a Sketchup 2017 model no longer works, but apparently a workaround exists.
